speak and you sing
As a teacher in China, the students complain they don't have enough chances to speak English. So, I have a rule, if the students speak Chinese in class they will be punnished. The punishment is they must stand up infront of the class and sing an English song. This works sometimes. But it get the other students involved, the student will cry out " he/she spoke Chinese". They love this rule
