TH Super Twister
Students not familiar with the "th" sound often confuse it with "s" and "f." I use the following tongue twister to help them along... Thankfully, the three thousand thirty-three thoughful thinkers thoroughly thought their three thousand and three thoughts through, through Thursday's thunderous night.
Lots of nice sounds there to contrast with "th."
