You’ll Have to Draw Me a Picture
![]()
Inspired by 'Hangless Hangman' Think of a word that applies to your planned lesson. Mark the proper amount of spaces for the letters of the word on a piece of paper (i.e. if your word is ‘dog’ write’ _ _ _’). Ask the students to guess letters of the word. If they guess incorrectly, draw a small part of a picture of the word (i.e. draw the tail of the dog). Continue until they guess the answer either by the picture or by the spelled word itself.
