Time for some Gratitude
For Thanksgiving, I had my students write a gratitude list. I think it is always a good idea to remind oneself of what you are Thankful for. I tell the students that on the Holiday of Thanksgiving, it is important to give thanks. It is always important to give thanks wherever we happen to be. I have them write one list of five things they are grateful for, and then a list of five people they are grateful for. I give them the chance to share at least one thing from the list.
