Matt's Phrasal Verb Lethal Chilli
As with many kinds of activity, competition can spice up the most dreary of grammar. Divide the class into teams and give each team a list of 5-10 phrasal verbs from their course. They must must define the phrasal verb without using it. The other teams can guess the answer in rotation and a successful answer gets two points. If a team guesses incorrectly another team can claim one point. But if the definer defines incorrectly their team will lose two points.
