Special Notes:

1.   Notice that sometimes there is more than one name
for a male or female animal. For example, a male
deer is often called a
buck, but it can be called
a
stag. Also, a female cat is often called a tabby,
but it can be called a
queen.
     
2.   For many birds (ostrich, partridge, pigeon, quail,
robin), the male is called a
cock and the female is
called a
hen.
