In Response To: Grad Cert TESOL and Cert IV TESOL (Enzo)

"Also, how are Grad certs in TESOL viewed in Europe as a qualification to teach English or do they prefer CELTA?"

The primary requirement to teach in Europe generally is a passport that allows you a right to work. If you hold a passport from a European Union country, no problem. If not, you are probably limited to Central/Eastern Europe regardless of qualifications.

The CELTA is preferred across the region solely because it's easily recognizable and includes supervised teaching practice with real students. If your grad cert does the same, be sure to highlight that element when/if you contact schools.
