New teacher needs help

Hello

Me and my wife started teaching in China last week for a kindergarten. The kids are aged between 2 and 8.

I have a question regarding games that I can play with the students. Classes are 30min, there are about 15 to 25 students per class. All classes seemed mixed ability, but the general consensus is that they are either beginners or false beginners.

The school keeps pressuring us to come up with new games, but each time we take a new game to school, they tell us that it is to complex/difficult/etc.

What games are suitable for young learners?
And what resources would you recommend I use to improve the classes.

Thank you in advance.
