Celta?

I am a Canadian in process of completing a Bachelor's degree in communications and seriously contemplating teaching English abroad. Ideally I would like to teach adult learners.

Is CELTA the best way to go? There are so many options out there, I just want to be sure I'm getting on board with a quality organization, getting proper instruction etc. Would it be the normal thing to get a certificate, teach a couple of years and then get a master's degree in TESOL?

Thanks very much,
Yana Porter
