Ask yourself where you want to teach k-12. Do you want to stay in your home country in which case you probably will need further education in an Education Program at a university to prepare you for primary and/or secondary school teaching assuming you presently are not a teacher.

Or you may want to explore your options abroad in which case you will have to research what country you may want to teach in. If you have TESOL teaching experience countries like Japan, Taiwan, China with international schools are worthy of some research.
