Teaching ESL

I am 58 years old and I do not work as a teacher now. I did however at one time teach hs for 5 years. My question is am I too old to teach ESL in another country. I just to try for a year or 2 max and I am leaning toward Southeast Asia. I have been there several times and want to travel around the area for a few years.
Also what is the best TEFL course for some like me who has a BA degree a some teaching experience?
