Teaching abroad as a non-native teacher

Hi, I'm not a native speaker of English. I am from Iran and English is my second language. I started learning the language when I was 10 years old. I got my BA in English language & literature. I took a TTC in a language school and worked there as an ESL teacher for three years. Now I want to know whether I'll be eligible to teach English abroad if I take Trinity College TEFL courses or British council/Cambridge CELTA? Or the priority is with native speakers and employers won't hire me even though I get an international certificate in teaching?
Thanks
