I agree with Stephen. Look at your students' aims; grammar may be important depending on any exams they are working towards, and bad grammar can lower grades in main-stream classes, etc., but it is not the main focus of a language; which is to communicate effectively in whatever situations you think the students are likely to find themselves in.
