Most jobs in Asia will consider you more that qualified already.
Technically, many countries now do require some type of TESOL cert., but many will see a Bachelor of teaching as an appropriate alternative or even as more.A few dedicated language schools may see a TESOL cert as an added advantage and it may open a handful more doors or raise the salary slightly as teaching ESL is different from teaching man other subjects.
If you do one, make it a worthwhile well-recognised certificate; i.e., the CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL. It will probably teach you a few extra teaching techniques that are different from the secondary language teaching curriculum methods. BUt whether this is enough to justify the cost/effort/time of doing the cert is a judgement you have to make.
