All educational institutions require a monetary return on their investment whether that is in time or human resources.

With that said, you have to pay in some financial form. Those reputable academic institutions to which you had to pay should provide you with the academic TEFL training you seek.

You have to pay for the second language training you receive. Quid pro quo: It's that simple.
