In Response To: CELTA for advanced high school students? (Anne)

If you want to get some form of certificate that actually includes practical teaching, then in the time you've got the CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL, or SIT CertTESOL are equivalent and the only ones available, really. Trinity has less of a focus om ;just adults'.
None of them are only for beginner learners, though; they are for beginner teachers, but you practice with students from a range of levels.

For other subjects; perhaps see if a local secondary school will allow you to sit in on classes and discuss goals with a teacher?
