MA TESL in the US

I have recently applied to three MA TESL programs in the USA:

(1) St Cloud State University, Minnesota
(2) University Indiana Bloomington
(3) The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign

I was just wondering if anyone has any experience or thoughts about these particular programs? I choose them because, as someone with only a couple of years teaching experience, they offer opportunities to work as a teaching assistant to an ESL class (in either an Intensive English Center or academic writing class).

With the knowledge and teaching practice I would gain from doing these programs, would I be more employable as an ESL teacher than someone who had just completed, say, a CELTA or other certificate course?

I would be grateful for any responses!

Cheers,
Chris
