It seems to me that the University's website is commendably clear and open about what kind of institution it is, what's included in the programme and who teaches on it. The components of its MA in TESOL program seem pretty standard, though this one has more of a practice focus than many others. The backgrounds, interests and publications of the small TESOL faculty are clearly stated - there's a strong focus on the relationship between missionary activity and ELT, particularly from the Course Director, as you might expect from an evangelical Christian institution, which is upfront about its values and goals. These include the "teaching of every discipline in every class from a Christian worldview" and a belief in the "efficacy of prayer in every situation". Among other things, teaching staff are required to have "a growing, victorious state of mind because of the indwelling Christ". And, as you might expect, this comes along with an explicit condemnation of homosexuality (i.e. sinful deviation from 'god-given' heterosexuality and an 'opportunity for repentance' etc). So, probably a place more suited to people who already share these values, I would have thought.
