Start teaching straight out of High School?

Greetings!
I'm an 18 year old male from the mid-west of the United States. I graduated High School a few months back and became TEFL certified through a 4-week program during the following Summer. I know I can find some sort of work with just these credentials, but I wonder if I'm READY to go abroad with no post-secondary education. At this stage, I only barely look/sound like a grown man. I think I could handle it easily, but there are still doubts. Any thoughts?
