Qualification Currency

Taught ESL to adults in Malaysia in 1990s and was also an IELTS examiner. I'm now a teacher in Australia with Masters degree in Education, but no formal ESL/EFL qualification. Hoping to return to TESOL when I retire in near future, but will need formal qualification. How much currency does Cambridge TKT and/or CELTA have?
