TESOL/CELTA Certification

I'm looking to teach English in Busan, South Korea.

The public schools in Busan have strict requirements about TESOL certification. Namely, 100 hours total with 50 hours in-class.

Do they only accept accredited TESOL certifications? I'm looking at taking Global Tesol or Oxford Seminars. Both aren't accredited.

If either of those two won't suffice, should I go CELTA? Does South Korea accept CELTA certifications and would they put me above someone with a week-long/online TESOL certification?

Thanks!

Rob
