Many job in Asia require nothing more than a degree in something, and a passport that says you speak English. See job adverts on eslcafe and tefl.com for ideas.

However, if you want to feel a little more competent, and have your Resume stand out a little above 80% of others, then any TEFL course will help.

There will be people with full teaching credentials, or DipTESOLs, etc as well, but even an online or weekend course will stand you out above 80% of others in China.
If you want a course that will actually give you practical practice of the theory, though, then think about the CELTA or SIT CertTESOL and possibly CELTA's Young Learners Extension module.
