Well, at first glance it is not up to the standard of Trinity Cert TESOL/CELTA for a few reasons.
Firstly, as you pointed out, the only teaching practicum is on the final face-to-face day, so no opportunity to implement any feedback in future observed lessons. Trinity Cert TESOL/CELTA have 6 hours of observed TP spread over the 4-week course.
Secondly, as only 60 hours is face-to-face (120-130 hours for Trinity Cert TESOL/CELTA), participants miss out on the key interactive aspect of this type of course.
Thirdly the six 10-hour days (!) look as if the course designers have padded things out to stretch things out to 60 hours. Leaving aside the inclusion of a session on the discredited rubbish that is "Multiple Intelligence Theory", separate sessions on "Living and Working Overseas", "Cultural Sensitivity in the Classroom", "Pre-Departure Planning, Culture Shock, and Adaptation" and "Teaching in a Multicultural Setting" seems like overkill, especially since there are only single sessions for such major areas as "Teaching Pronunciation " and "Lesson Planning".

I'm not sure what you mean by "N.A", but even though a Trinity Cert TESOL/CELTA would cost almost twice as much as the Oxford Seminars course, I believe these courses would offer you a better set of skills for embarking on a teaching career as well as leading to a more widely recognized certificate.

Disclosure: I am a tutor working on Trinity Cert TESOL courses.
