Many jobs in Asia and S. America only require ' a degree in something' and 'a native-speaking passport'. If you want to do the job better and open a few more hobs, then any TEL/TEFL cert is a good idea.
Ones with a better-known name and assessed teaching practice are even better (such as CELTA, Trinity CertTESOl, SIT's TESOLcert).

I've not seen any jobs combined with Library, but thy may well exist or be possible if you ask.
