In Response To: I am a Spanish teacher, do I need a TESOL degree? (Lizzy)

A Masters degree is a big decision, not something you 'just do', especially since you can teach in Korea with just 'a degree in chewing grass' and 'a native-English-speaking passport'.
It might be worth trying the job first to see whether you like it enough to go for a Masters Degree, that would in turn open better-paid roles in the field.
