In Response To: Teaching ESOL at the University Level (Sally)

I am interested in teaching English at the university level. I am currently in my first year of teaching English in Seoul. I have an B.A. in English and TESOL certification. Do I need a M.A. to teach at university? If so, which MATESOL program is reputable and affordable?

It depends on where you want to teach. Take a look at ads for university-level teaching jobs in the countries you want to teach in and use the listed requirements as your guide. As for MA TESOL programs, do an Internet search on 'ma tesol' and you'll get plenty of links. Reputable programs are accredited, which you can easily confirm. Affordable is what your budget can handle.
