In Response To: What are my chances? (Paulette Gordon)

I am a New Zealander with a teaching degree (primary up to year 8 ). I have experience mostly teaching younger children aged 5 - 10. I wish to teach English in Asia but only initially for 4 or 5 months. My questions are: What are my chances of a short term contract and where am I most likely to get that kind of work? Would I be likely to get any work without a TESOL qualification of any kind?

I suggest you post your questions over on the Cafe's general Asia job discussion forum. You're bound to get useful advice from those already working in the region.
