Are you asking as part of a research project , or do you actually have classes to teach?
If the latter, it would help to know ages nationalities of the students; while accepting stereotypes do not hold true for 100% of people, there are tendencies to different issues with different types of students.

But in General, FCE speaking problems revolve round shyness, pre-prepared script answers that don't fit the actual situation, dominance of one person lack of conversational skills), or being stumped on the topic.

Also have a look at some of the other forums on this website, and the Cambridge ESOL website will probably have training activities you can download.
