I can't speak for Asia, but for clarification, tertiary-level positions for teaching business courses in the Middle East generally require a doctorate degree, relevant teaching experience, and fluency in both Arabic and English. Hiring priority for these positions is for qualified nationals first, followed by Arabic-speakers from other countries.
Anyway, regardless of the country/region, it's best to thoroughly research the current job qualifications and future trends for these types of ESP or content positions before committing to an expensive degree program.
