Yes, I agree it shows a complete lack of professionalism on their part. What gets me is everyone is quick to jump on the Big 3 (Celta, Trinity, Sit Tesol) Bandwagon, but then this kind of business practice is allowed, what are we to think? Oh well, back to the drawing board.
