I posted earlier wanting to specialise in teaching English to adults. As well as being at a crossroads in my career as an elem/primary teacher, I want to maximise my possibilities of getting a job abroad. I have an RSA TEFL cert (now 20 yrs old!) but would either like to do a diploma or see if there is a course to specialise in EAL for primary/secondary aged students, as there is a great need for this in overseas schools, even if these jobs are not advertised as such. Any ideas?
