I am currently doing a course on teaching young learners, i am stuck on a certain module and need advice on where i can research what young learners need to be taught at different levels, specifically grammer structures and types of action verbs for 8 year olds, 2nd year.
Any help would be appreciated, as i am a bit lost.

I assume you mean you're a student completing a course on teaching young learners. If so, then your tutor or instructor should be able to advise you, especially since they're familiar with the assignment.
You also didn't indicate what content and context you're referring to---the info you provided is quite limited. But if they're young English language learners, then on your own, you might try the 'Stuff for Teachers' link at the top of the ESL Cafe's banner.
