Just for a month?
You quite possibly don't need one; best to ask a CELTA training centre.
I did my CELTA at ITTC in Bournemouth and they had helped some Russians get visas to study it, but I think they might have been limited tourist visas.
There was also and American and an Argentinian on the course who I think were just in the country on the regular visa-waiver period.
