Changing tack....

I am an experienced primary/elementary teacher who has been working abroad for the last ten years or more. Generally the kids I've taught have been the least of my worries! Most have been absolutely delightful. I love the job itself but boulstering others' CVs, poor management and downright bullying (I assume due to the lack of any 'regulatory body' in these situations) just allow the 'power mad' to go mad.....
Anyway, I took an RSA TEFL certificate for adults about 20 years ago and have obviously been working with many children who are second language learners on a constant basis. I now want to go solely into adult ESL teaching but feel I need to update my qualifications but am not sure what would be best. Any suggestions?
