Hi,
Teaching House is International House. The pic that appears on the website is IH Bogotá, I dont knwo what is Teaching House, but as far as I know only British Council and International House offer the CELTA course in Colombia directly certified by Cambridge. If I were you I will be careful and choose International House that it is famous in Latin America. British Council doesnt offer as many CELTA courses as IH.
