The most accurate answer is 'none.'
Online certs aren't accepted in many parts of the world and, where they are, 'placement' is still a misnomer.
I suggest you move over to the Job Discussion forum and ask on either the newbie forum or the country-specific boards to find out what it takes to get a job in the parts of the world that interest you.
