CELTA in Saudia Arabia

I will preface this by saying my primary objective is teaching in Saudi Arabia within the next two years.
I was 'accepted' into the local CELTA program and have been heavily considering taking the course. The issue is that I am not sure what opportunities will await me. Essentially the only 'qualifications' I have is a B.A. in Communications w/ a 3.82 GPA from a top 50 university and a hypothetical CELTA certification.
Don't have much experience with kids. I am a native English speaker from America with a firm grasp on the English language.
What do I need to do to reach my goal? And where could I expect to find a job if not Saudi Arabia?
