Nomad, I take it you have never heard of, nor read anything about, this program. There IS an in-person teaching component - the only thing you do online is the coursework. Very similar to the CELTA online program, except you can set up your own practicum with approval.

Yes, I checked the website; however, in your initial post, you failed to mention you were interested in the certificate track with the add-on practical component.
I'm not knocking this particular course---I have no opinion of it either way since I've also never worked with anyone who holds an Ontesol cert. Most of my teaching colleagues here in Saudi Arabia have a CELTA or like me, completed a practicum for their master's degree. Anyway, if you feel this course fits your needs and career goals, then go for it.
