Hi Brad,

Whilst a CELTA is a CELTA regardless of the place you take it I can understand you concerns. IH is a good place to take it. I did mine with them in Chiang Mai and they were professional and knowledgeable. My friend did his with ECC in Chiang Mai and found the same.

If you want to stay in teaching and leave China I would definitely recommend you do one.
