Depending how far back you've looked (using the forum settings and your browser's 'search' option to look for 'CELTA' there are posts covering this from January, April, June and August last year, so I'll keep my responses simple here as they can be elaborated on by reading the full conversations forma ll posters from last year.
For non-Uni positions, a CELTA will usually get you a job. it shows you have the basics down and can be safely left in a classroom with some students and they'll learn relevant things.
But you are not expected to have a wide range of teaching methodologies and approaches to draw on, so you are expected to take development opportunities, etc.A MA TESOL suggests you are very aware of lots of things to do with teaching, but does not automatically mean you have demonstrated an ability to 'teach'.
