Which of OnTESOL's courses are you talking about?
They do see to have some quality and recognition, but it depends which course and in which jurisdiction you want to be recognized.
CELTA and TrinotyCertTESOL do run inn China and nearby countries over the summer, if you can take that time (stay for free with friends/relatives?)
