Master's recommendation

I am a certified teacher in Canada and I have a lot of ESL and EFL experience. I am interested in upgrading my qualifications by getting a master's degree. I am looking for an online master's program in TESOL or linguistics area, something I can do at night or summer while I have my day job teaching.
I have a contract with a public school board in Ontario, but I take leave of absences to Asia to teach and travel. I find having a master's will give me an edge to get better jobs.
Can anyone recommend a reputable program online? Thanks.
