M.B.A needs help becoming a TEFL teacher

Hello all. I have an M.B.A (with business and IT experience) and am a native english speaker. I have traveled abroad, have a passport, and enjoy working with children and adults. How would I need to get started to teach English to non-native speakers? Do I need a TEFL cert? Can I apply for jobs without one? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
