Hi :-)
A degree isn't necessary for finding teaching work in the Czech Republic, unless you plan to be teaching at a state school. The vast majority of TEFL Graduates choose to teach either in pre-schools or private language schools and for these options either a degree or TEFL will suffice for the visa process.
