Thanks for the clarifications. What you need is a CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL.
They are certificates, yes, not schools. They are certificates issued by Cambridge or Trinity as a result of the courses offered at many schools being moderated by one of those bodies and meeting certain criteria, curriculum points, etc.
That also implie a certain quality level of the school.
There are far too many factors on which to judge a specific school's reputation. Unless you are at PhD level, nobody really cares where you trained, they care how you trained and the qualifications usability; CELTA and Trinity CertTESOL have known values there.
