For a really objective answer, I think a lot really depends also on the individual taking the course and applying for work with the certification under their belt - ultimately taking most TEFL/TESOL/TESL/CELTA courses will do the job for you regarding the completion of this required certification course but the ability for you to teach and perform/behave as a responsible and professional teacher is of on your shoulders.
