Any school that offers a course for the four week intensive Cambridge University Certificate in teaching English (as an Additional Language) to Adults - CELTA. I have a PhD, MEd (TEFL), BA Hons, UK QTS, and been a DOS and University Assistant Professor but have been rejected for some jobs because I don't have a CELTA. It's an ubiquitous qualification to which the majority of employers can relate.
