Teacher training school, at least in Canada, is associated with graduate school at a university. That teacher training will prepare you for a teaching position in an elementary or secondary school. Training in ESL/EFL is an option.
If what you are seeking is a credible, reputable, and globally recognized TEFL training certificate, then most posters would probably agree CELTA is what you want.
