There are literally thousands. There is no international standard for certification courses.
There is no way whatsoever to say which one of the thousands of schools is The Best:-)Useful rules of thumb:
CELTA is the biggest name brand.
Employers are more likely to recognize a cert from a local training centre - it can be a good idea to get certified in the country where you want to start working.
Standard cert accepted worldwide, regardless of course name is 120 hours onsite, and including (key) supervised teaching practice with real students.If you want to go back to 'the best' I can say that this applies to a handful of universities offering postgraduate degrees in EFL/ESL. There are eight or ten 'top' schools for the postgrad degrees.
A 30-day course is a 30-day course; it's not ever going to carry great prestige - it's an entry level cert.
