While your qualifications are ok and it's not a major problem that you are not a native English speaker, the job market in Toronto is EXTREMELY difficult for all kinds of teachers.
I'm a native English speaker with 15 years of experience and an MA TESL/TEFL and I cannot find regular work in Toronto except in poorly-paid private language schools.
Prospects simply aren't good for teachers in Ontario overall.
